This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested content, information about the browser and operating system used, and protocol data. This processing serves to deliver the website securely, reliably and efficiently and to protect against misuse and attacks.

Processing takes place in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Where no pre-contractual or contractual relationship exists, processing is based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Our business email communication is handled via Proton Mail. The provider is Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.
We delete contact enquiries once they are no longer required for processing and there are no statutory retention obligations preventing deletion.

A contact form from InquiryFlow at inquiryflow.de is embedded on the contact page. A connection to InquiryFlow is established when the form is loaded. This may involve the processing of, in particular, your IP address, technical information about your browser and device, and the information you enter in the form.
Processing takes place solely to provide the form and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR where your enquiry concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract. The information submitted through the form is forwarded to info@lastingsignals.com. Please do not submit any special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR through the form unless this is strictly necessary.
